There were several interviews with different persons: teamlead, talent acquisition, the team itself and the VP of people.
Overall, the process was very quick. The talent acquisition people were always available and responded to me within a few hours, sometimes even faster, to any questions that came up. They also made sure I knew what to expect at the next interview and were very transparent about the entire process as well as the content and purpose of each interview.
Honesty, vulnerability and authenticity were valued and expressed to me as well.

- Both technical and questions about my values and mindset.
- Technically, mainly questions like "Have you previously worked with XYZ?" and then more in-depth, substantive questions on certain topics that were particularly relevant for the job.
- However, it was by no means expected to know everything.
- Furthermore, I always had the opportunity to ask my own questions, which were answered openly and sincerely.

I enjoyed the whole application process with omni:us and meeting everyone. I felt welcome the whole way and enjoyed the professionalism and general friendlyness.
And even though I performed poorly in my last interview - it is thanks to everyone else who was there, that I was a great experience for me and a couple lessons learned.
