Equality! Men and women should earn equally, if they have equal work experiences!
The highest ranked women should stop to talk only to the managers and should rather stop by employees to talk to them. She even ignores certain employees, like they are thin air.
More appreciation! Its easy to keep track on 100 employees, once you found a way. And its even easier to appreciate those who work more, but don't brag about it.
The salary should be better in general.

Many times op manager would talk/complain behind the back and ask other managers to discipline their workers for him. Cowardly behaviour.

Only talk to you when you did something wrong.

They are trying to look like women and men are equally, but that's BS.

Since most of the higher ranked workers are 45+ their treatment is great.

Print out everything and throw away anything.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is different between men and women - which is a huge scandal!
