While working at OptioPay I witnessed a supportive culture that promotes trust and an environment of a healthy meritocracy which I believe encourages the employees to bring the best of themselves to work everyday.
I am absolutely convinced that you have to look a long time in Berlin to find an excellent company like this.

I think their product is very clever and I can see that the other employees are passionate about it which shows in the way they apply themselves to their work everyday.

My Head of Department was always very friendly, approachable and professional. I found her instructions clear and concise. My onboarding was detailed and thorough.

We got provided with quality healthy food and drinks.
Probably the best office in Berlin.
