The lack of office space once more team members go back to onsite working.
The need for office space is growing continuously with the team growing. As soon as onsite working becomes more usual again, more space will definitely be needed. Also, development-heavy positions should always get company-owned hardware (e.g. laptop).
A feedback-oriented atmosphere makes coworking very easy and productive, always looking to aim for the best for the company, completely leaving out work politics.

Depending on the Project and also on the still small company it is sometime hard to know who is the supervisor for a project.
Personally I speak highly about the company and enjoy working here.
I can take holiday if needed. The working hours are very flexible: sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less but in the end only the amount of hours in the contract.
One goal is early stage sexing of egg embryos. Male embryos can then used in alternate supply streams and are not incubated until hatching.
There are many possibilities on the way to help everyone develop on a personal and on a career level. As we are still young, most of them are very new, but seem very promising.

I feel like I am part of the process planning and next steps of the project. Often I plan it myself and we just discuss and optimize it together. Sometimes the aim of a project is not clear in the beginning and changes while working on it. But the changes are discussed openly

IT/Computers are good to work with, they are are on a very good level and support all the work that needs to be done.
Using Slack for most of the conversation is really great. I can reach everyone usually within 10-20 minutes and get an answer.
We have at least on big meeting a week to update everyone on the processes. Small achievements are often shared directly.
Salary as a working student is according the same as one gets at the university. It rises with a degree, but compared to other tech-companies its more on the lower end.
So far I had challenging and interesting tasks always connected with learning something new.
