Misleading and intentionally deceptive company.

Inability to clearly explain the deductions from your salary. Many of my colleagues have said that they skip on paying your last salary for breach of contract even though they have given the proper notice. This also happened to me. Mysterious deduction of 230 euros plus a penalty of almost 600 euros when leaving. I was also charged for the whole month for the rent even though I stayed there only 1 week. They mandated that I must have company clothing which as it turned out,I didn't need at all. Then I was mislead to sign a document that I have received the clothing and then the cost was deducted from my salary.In the second workplace I was also charged for work clothing even though they never mentioned that I would have to cover the costs. They just make you sign the document that you have received them. The also conveniently left out the part that there is a massive penalty if you decide to leave,or the fact that they charge you the full amount for rent no matter how much you have lived in their accommodation. I have spoken to multiple people that have had very similar experiences with this company. When I arrived for the first time,I have seen people being put in a room that doesn't have any windows. That was basically a repurposed closet,just to squeeze more people in the house. There wasn't even a light bulb in the rooms with the windows,and people had to choose between plugging in the night light or to charge their phone. All together, this company is very misleading and participating if fraudulent practices. Failing to inform you about many of the things that I mentioned earlier.

Extremely unprofessional coordinators. Constantly trying to skip on important information or straight up lying to you.

The communication is very conducted very poorly. Payslips are only sent upon request which shouldn't be the case.

There was many inconsistencies with the payments. Mysterious deductions from your salary. Forced to pay the church tax even though I have never been to church in my life.
