40 hours rule is not so common during thesis. Especially if the student wants to meet the university supervisor regularly or wants to refer books in Library or outside or wants to meet people who have got experiences in the same or related topics.

A growing company with good atmosphere to work.

There was good communication through regular team meetings and personal meetings with the head of the company.

Colleagues were really friendly and helpful.

Supervisor was really friendly and was providing timely advice and instructions. He gave the chance to make decisions and work independently.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks were interesting and challenging. Got a good chance to learn a lot.

Most of the colleagues were young.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Pharmakon is a small and growing company with all the necessary facilities. They have good seating arrangements and desks. Lighting was pretty good and company is air conditioned.

Company offers training, internship and thesis for students including international students. Most of the trainees started their career in Pharmakon itself after their training. It must be a reason that they like company and their role.
