Can't really think of anything as I usually give my feedback right away if something comes up.
I personally think the atmosphere is perfect, both physically in the office or when working remotely. People are very open-minded, forthcoming, and passionate. Work here is also built in trust, so after a bit there is a lot of autonomy to the work.
Of course there are always cases when someone feels treated poorly in certain situations and days can be stressful (for some departments more so than others). But if looked at it plainly, the overall feeling I get is that the company is keeping up really well.
Also, there are certain mechanisms in place that employees can use if something is wrong to take the first step to improving the circumstances.
In my position, I am able to maintain a very good work-life-balance. What's most helpful are the flexible working hours and quick reaction to short-notice vacation day requests.
Not sure there are amazing carreer options waiting for me here, but there are benefits that can help with that like the Professional Development Budget to expand on existing knowledge or try and learn completely new skills. It is also simply dependent on the role.
Generally nothing to complain- started with more than expected and continued to rise to satisfying levels. Still hoping to stick around for a long while and to grow alongside the company
We could certainly do more, but compared to other companies, PTC is already doing well.
Everyone is always open to help, even on busy days.
The average age is relatively young, so there aren't many "old" colleagues (at least not IMO). But the ones we do have or had were always treated kindly, just like everyone else. After all, age isn't the achievement on which respect should be built.
Already learned many things from my department leader and wouldn't want to have it any other way. Greatly appreciate the leadership style of being open, humorous, and also fair. Same for the CEOs.
Sure, we could have more standing desks, but the office is usually quite empty as everyone is using their remote-work benefit
I personally feel like the company is doing its best to keep everyone informed about all happenings at all times. Within our department specifically, communication is always on point.

Currently tasks are rather repetitive but with the "Professional Development Budget" it is possible to carve out new niches. Currently working on broadening that repertoire of interesting tasks.

Kann hier absolut nichts finden.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist einmalig, ich nehme sehr oft eine besondere Energie auf, vor allem in den Zoom Meetings, da alle Kollegen (trotz sehr langer Zeit im Homeoffice) sehr motiviert sind und alle Ihre Aufgaben sehr ernst nehmen. Alle ziehen an einem Strang und sind motiviert, man merkt immer wieder, dass allen die Arbeit sehr viel Freude macht.
Für mich als Mama, ein super Arbeitgeber, bei dem ich sehr flexibel arbeiten kann. Absolut familienfreundlich.
DerZusammenhalt im Team ist großartig, alle sind für einander da & helfen sich gegenseitig. Das Onboarding ist durchdacht und bietet einen kompletten Einblick in alle Bereiche der PlaytestCloud GmbH. Auch privat treffen sich Kollegen und unterstützen sich, oder sind einfach zusammen unterwegs.
Die Kommunikation im Team ist transparent, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Dies wird vor allem durch die zwei Geschäftsführer gefördert.
