Work-Life-Balance
Pleo is also super supportive of individual needs - doctor's appointment or meeting family you hardly see after work? No problem - we're really flexible. Employee happiness comes first.
However, Pleo is a hypergrowth company after all. Most of us are in it for the thrill and steep learning curve so working here feels like a real enrichment for life.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Amazing social events like viking chess in the park, casual Pleo dinners, Friday bars and weekend hangouts (yeh, you will want to hang out with your fellow Pleoers also on the weekends )
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Pleo lives transparency - whatever goes on, management shares the current status and what's going to come next. SO each and everyone not only learns about their own jobs but also company strategy.
Kommunikation
Pleo's feedback culture is one that so many companies can learn from! We really live the team spirit and want each other to become better everyday. No ellbows - just good intentions to support each other and succeed!
