Open plan office - high noise, low concentration
Work-Life-Balance
During the season there is overtime (also weekend work), otherwise work-life balance is okay. The overtime can be reduced again after the season.

Salary negotiations are undesirable.

Low salary compared to other advertised positions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There were some nice colleagues, otherwise there was no honest and sincere interaction. High staff turnover!

Partly unfriendly, appeal-like tone. There were no feedback discussions about one's own person/work. Praise is used sparingly.
