As a small/mid size company, it has a flat hierarchy, which is nice but also limits the number of career steps. There are opportunities to make steps as well as discuss individual training and development.

Company was working on a certification for this, which was still pending when I left - hence one star deducted

Overall good, sometimes I would have enjoyed more details about overall developments in the company and interaction about goals.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some teams have more repetitive support services for clients, I enjoyed the time in one of the teams with mostly unique cases a lot more. Probably different for each person.
