Since each of us carries a lot of responsibility and handles usually challenging tasks you need a good self-management to keep a sustainable work-life balance.
But it is possible and expected from you to take care of yourself as otherwise you won't enjoy your job ;)

We separate waste, have yearly charity activities and support the movement towards a plastic-free world. But this isn't our main business, we aren't an NGO.

Our team is very friendly, supportive, multi-cultural and open-minded.

I'd say that we are a rather young team but assume we're totally open for people of all ages.

Our managers are easy-going and available in case of questions. Again, no micro-management. Before asking, you should try to find answers yourself. You're expected to work independently and be well-prepared for meetings/1:1.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Our office is big and modern. Our open kitchen offers drinks and everything you need for a quick snack.
Only paint points are limited meeting rooms. Sometimes all of them are booked. But it's possible to arrange with the situation.
Kommunikation
Direct, quick decision-making, everyone is close as we work in one big office in Berlin, so it's easy to exchange ideas, get feedback and make decisions
