Kann ich eigentlich nicht richtig bewerten, da der Arbeitsalltag außerhalb ist. Aber bei jeder Fortbildung ist es super gut

Eigentlich auch gut, hatte beim vorherigen Arbeitgeber nur eine 4 Tage Woche, das ist hier natürlich nicht möglich, aber dafür die Ferien frei als Ausgleich

Die Bezahlung ist nicht so gut für gut Arbeit und den Einsatz einer Schulassitenz. Unbefristete Arbeitsverträge gibt es auch nie.
