Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Colleagues tend to be hired and fired very quickly. Unrealistic expectations are imposed, leaders are open that who does not dramatically overachieve expectations is at risk of being fired. A culture of squeezing people like lemons, masked as "high-performance". Clear bias towards very young hires ready to give their entire self to the company. The leadership team is almost entirely male and german.
General lack of strategy beyond 1-2 months in the future.
