I went through three rounds of interviews, and the HR was friendly. In the initial two rounds, I was informed that I was their top candidate. However, in the final interview, they expressed a willingness to take a gamble due to uncertainty about my suitability for the position, yet they offered me the job. I suspect this might be a strategy to convey some dissatisfaction and potentially negotiate a lower salary. What's ironic is that the offer they presented lacks a specified salary and a confirmed formal job contract. Instead, they propose a three-month internship at their company. At that time, I had already graduated and was not a student, making the low internship pay even less appealing after taxes. I am actively seeking a permanent job, and it's perplexing that they insist on a three-month internship with no guarantee of a formal job contract or clarity on the offer's details. It seems quite amusing that they label me their top candidate while expressing uncertainties. I would advise steering clear of this company as their lack of sincerity is evident.
