Great atmosphere in Düsseldorf
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I like working for Quintiq Düsseldorf because we have a great atmosphere here in the office and the colleagues will always lend you a helping hhand should you need it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Sometimes communication and processes with the other offices are a bit difficult. Salary could be a bit more.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It doesn't matter which Business Unit you are in- in Düsseldorf everyone gets along just fine
Karriere/Weiterbildung
depending on your job role
Gehalt/Benefits
time-for-time available
Kollegenzusammenhalt
If you have a problem/question- your colleagues always have an open ear
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No idea how old everyone is here- hard to estimate. But there is no difference
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Positive- because you can always escalate situations with your boss
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great location for an office
Kommunikation
Sometimes a bit lacking, but overall good
Gleichberechtigung
Very positive- it does not matter if you are an employee or a Manager you kind of have the same rights
Interessante Aufgaben
I have diverse tasks every day- though of course all in all the tasks itself stay the same
