No Loyalty and no Structure. Pure chaos.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Fully remote and start up atmo
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No communication and no change possible just a strict start up. Unusual.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Talk open with your workers
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not everyone is working and behind your back they are talking and making decisions about your job.
Image
Have anyone heard of them?
Work-Life-Balance
Fully remote and your free to take a time off
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No possibility to grow and now further education
Gehalt/Benefits
No change in any direction
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is no care about environmental or social.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Just Personal friends working together the rest is on its own.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No one is above 30
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No comment but there is no chef
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good equipment and fully remote. Nearly no wish open just the traveling was not great. In my opinion a room with several people in a private home where the home owner is visiting you while you sleeping Is creepy.
Kommunikation
Like above
Gleichberechtigung
Only man
Interessante Aufgaben
I was in a start up. Very innovative but the impact was low. They had their vision and didn't welcomed any other opinion
