In a management role, one naturally gets to hear more than others - with lots of positive change ongoing, I feel the company is doing a good job.

Really good, especially when there are. a lot of moving pieces. We have a common goal and help each other to get there.

Work-Life-Balance

Workload is high theses days, being in a. new role and building a new team. But in the end it is also up to yourself to take care of your W/L balance!

I can always reach out, highly responsive, clear communication, good coaching - and usually always up for a laugh :)

Interessante Aufgaben

I love our value proposition and mission. For me, it is an ideal mix of industrial and tech and I enjoy working on so many game changing programs with industrial players!

Gleichberechtigung

We are a very diverse bunch and we have a good mix of nationalities and genders across all management levels. There is ALWAYS room for improvement but I can say that this is a place where there diversity is real and nobody cares where you come from!

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Personal development is not being exercised across all areas equally, I'd say. Tools are in place, budgets for vocational trainings and access to a broad learning database as well. Some could be applied in a more structured way. We will get there.
