There are always moments, the "hot phases", when we will work a bit more than normal; but all in all we can keep a balance in our lives. That is really important for the company: not to lose ourselves in the hustle, and strive always to find/keep a balance.

We support several projects/organizations, and we want to do it even more in the future. We know we carry a responsibility towards others, our system and the world challenges we are facing. And we plan to be part of the solution.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The crew sticks together, we have our backs. There is no perfect company in the world, and we are not the exception, we make lots of mistakes, but we go through the hard times together. And that is what makes the difference. The crew has strong values and beliefs, and becoming part of the crew is only for sicker than your average people.

Our C E O and his partner in crime, the managing director, are visionaries, and their unique crazy ideas, creativeness and their humanity are what makes RUFF CYCLES what it is.

Kommunikation

Communication is of the biggest challenges in any company... We know there will always be gaps and that we can every day do it so much better, that is why improving communication, it's a topic we actively work on. We haven't yet found the formula, but we are working on it.

Gleichberechtigung

Equal rights and diversity is not even a topic to talk about, because we live by it. We are an international, diverse and multidisciplinary company in all areas. A company which appreciates each one of its crew members for who they are; for their uniqueness. So many cultures and languages - so many crazy good people - working together, trying to be in flow, is not something you see every day. We are stronger because we are different. Sicker than your average is not a marketing slogan, is something we believe in and live by.

Es wird hier ernsthaft gearbeitet aber es bleibt immer mal Platz für lockere und lustige Sprüche und spontane Aktionen (Wir sind mit Nerf Guns und einer PS4 ausgestattet).

Minutengenaues Stundenkonto. Da viele Kinder haben, ist es nicht ungewöhnlich wenn für paar Stunden mal ein Junior im Büro ist. Wochenendarbeit wurde bisher noch nie verlangt.

Es werden viele Umweltstandards eingehalten und auch Spenden geleistet.

Ein sehr ungewöhnlicher und unterhaltsamer Vorgesetzter, aber sehr ehrgeizig und mit einer starken Vision!

Arbeitsbedingungen

Sauberer Arbeitsplatz im Gewerbepark Regensburg. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und großes Mittagsangebot. Das Büro sieht sehr cool aus und Kunden machen immer große Augen.

Kommunikation

Wie oft es in Unternehmen ist, sind alle sehr bemüht und beschäftigt, manchmal werden nicht alle in die Kommunikation mit einbezogen.

Interessante Aufgaben

In den letzten 4 Jahren hat sich viel geändert und es wird sich weiterhin viel ändern weil in der Firma der Status Quo nicht akzeptiert wird. Spannende Aufgaben mit tollen Produkten.
