Best Working Experience Of My Life!

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Top-notch! You always get new exciting tasks, everyone is invested in your learning and mentors you across the process. There are always a lot of interesting new deals that you get to look at as a working student, and you are free to run with your creativity and decide how you would like to try things. Very growth-mindset enviornment
Kommunikation
Also amazing, every couple of months you get a detailed feedback session, where you learn where you could grow more and you get encouraged for it, you also get to voice your concerns. Apart from that, it is truly a flat hierarchy, not only is your voice heard, but people are super fun to be around, super polite, and encouraging!
