I guess the company itself is quite innovative and have great products, nothing wrong about that.

But I have a feeling that the recruiting process was not professional at all.

They gave a take home assignment and then invited for next round. They didn't talk about the assignment itself or say thanks about spending time doing it. The second round interview was rather a useless step, they asked some questions which you feel as if they read them from a guideline. The atmosphere was pretty fake.

Please change the recruiting process, make it more interactive. You have amazing products but you are not treating your candidate in a nice way.

Da ich auf meine Bewerbung nie eine Antwort bekommen habe, obwohl der Fit in meinen Augen sehr gut war, kann ich nur den Ratschlag geben: Ghostet keine Bewerber! Erst recht keine Top-Performer.

Der Bewerbungsprozess war gänzlich anders zu dem wie er beschrieben wurde. Ebenfalls wurden "Versprechungen" nicht eingehalten und man wurde geghostet. Schade!
