There are many growth opportunities, which motivates and encourages the work.
In the weekends we are free, we do have flexible working hours.

From time to time the days can be long but you always work towards a personal goal, making it more of a challenge you want to finish instead of a task you have to complete.
I think the work setting is a combination of a formal and hard working environment with room for some informal conversations and fun from time to time. I also think you gain a lot of opportunities within the business, and also to develop yourself.
