Very non transparent way of working whilst taking no care for their customers.
Over promising and ultimately not delivering.
An EMS product that was promoted in 2023 has until now not been released…..what more can be said…..
I do not know why companies such as Kaco, IBC and SMA put their trust in this company as an ODM supplier.
Over ambitious colleagues who take on too many tasks to impress but ultimately deliver nothing which stresses relationships with third parties.
Basically a typical Chinese company where they use you for your contacts and then takeover because they know better. If you are Chinese or have a chinese partner then you will get ahead in this company.
German colleagues pressuring non native german speakers and ultimately driving them out of the company.
Stay away unless absolutely desperate.
Treat employees fair.
I strongly advise against working with this company—whether as a customer or an employee. Management does not appreciate its employees, offers no transparency, and provides zero job security. There is no real support, and concerns are ignored.
The company prioritizes aggressive sales over ethics, with a chaotic work environment and no regard for employee well-being. There is no clear communication, and job stability is nonexistent. Customer service is also slow and unresponsive, leaving employees to handle complaints without proper solutions.
If you value integrity, professionalism, and a safe work environment, look elsewhere.
