Culture is an important part of the company. Atmosphere is very open, tolerant and positive.

You have the power over your schedule. Of course there are a few weeks busier than the other, but at the end of the day you have the perfect work-life-balance

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very positive atmosphere in which everybody is informed about everything important going on, and welcome to add to the company's development by giving his or her input.
Work-Life-Balance
It's a performance driven culture in which the everybody's personal priorities and circumstances are respected and considered. This allows the company to give all employees freedoms such as unlimited vacation days and flexible work hours that only work if both sides respect each other.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are lots of team events, and due to enormous importance placed on finding employees with the right spirit everybody gets along well.

Higher ups listen to everything one has to say, and make it obvious that they are interested in personal development.
