Viel Verantwortung; klasse Team; super spannendes Unternehmen; Chefs haben eigentlich immer ein offenes Ohr, auch für Input
Manchmal noch etwas chaotisch, aber man arbeitet auch in einem Start-Up und nicht in einem Großkonzern.
Da scheiden sich ja bekanntermaßen die Geister. Es ist sicherlich kein typischer 9 to 5 Job, aber es werden auch keine unmenschlichen Arbeitsleistungen verlangt.
Man bekommt durch das schnelle Wachstum oft neue Aufgabenbereiche und damit Aufstiegschancen
Junges Team, in das man wahnsinnig schnell aufgenommen wird. Direkte Kommunikation durch kurze Wege und direktes Kommunikationsverhalten.
Typisches Start-up Office, Gibt Getränke gegen geringes Entgelt (Wasser umsonst).
Wöchentliche Meetings, Monatliche Strategie Meetings, Product Crunches, etc. Man ist eigentlich immer auf dem Laufenden und kann mitgestalten
Junges Unternehmen und damit genug zutun, zu jeder Zeit. Da viele Bereiche sehr schnell wachsen, wächst man auch sehr schnell in Verantwortungsbereiche rein, was sehr motiviert.
Bei store2be habe ich mein bisher bestes Praktikum gemacht. Meine Lernkurve war von Anfang an sehr steil. Bereits in der ersten Woche durfte ich ein großes Projekt übernehmen. Als Mitarbeiter wird man in jede relevante Entscheidung miteinbezogen, jede einzelne Meinung wird berücksichtigt und wertgeschätzt.
Das Team ist einer der vielen Gründe weshalb ich mein Praktikum verlängert habe, obwohl dadurch meine Pläne komplett auf den Kopf gestellt worden sind! Ich bin ausnahmslos jeden Tag gerne ins Büro gegangen, denn selbst wenn es stressig geworden ist, hatte man immer Spaß mit den Kollegen.
Auf persönlicher und beruflicher Ebene hätte ich mir keine bessere Erfahrung wünschen können!

Sehr gut fand ich es, gleich am ersten Tag das Gefühl zu haben, dass ich als volles Teammitglied behandelt werde. Seine Aufgaben kann man sich selbständig und vielfältig zusammensuchen und kann dabei auch immer auf die Unterstützung der anderen vertrauen. Ideen die man einbringt werden sehr ernst genommen und gemeinsam wird überlegt, wie sich diese umsetzen lassen.
Tolle Arbeitsatmosphäre, enormes Entwicklungs- und Entfaltungspotenzial, abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
Hierzu kann ich leider kein Urteil abgeben, da wir in dem kleinen Team keinen Kollegen 45+ hatten.
