healthy work environment
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great workplace with exciting projects in the digital environment.
The company is great and above all the respectful interaction with each other is unique. Most of the colleagues working there are authentic, especially the management team. Welcome are those employees who are able to take on responsibility. A "doer" mentality paired with passion, which is incredibly professional.
The door to the management team is always open, so you can talk about everything at any time.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The flow of information could be improved in one way or another.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Due to the fact that the company is still quite young, there is certainly room for development here and there. For example, employee benefits.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
no differences are made between employees - all are equal!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
keep going on!
Kommunikation
internal communication could be better from time to time
