Nothing

Learn how to treat employees fair and with respect. And before making a list of expectations for everyone, maybe do some market research and learn what's achievable in which countries. And most and foremost, how about taking a course like Management 101?
The only nice part of the job and the work environment was the team, especially two people in leading roles who (lucky for them, unfortunate for everyone else) left the sinking ship early on. The job itself was boring and repetitive.
At first, the image of Sunday seemed to be good. But I think by now everyone in Belgium knows about their poor management and that it's just a highly chaotic company.
Sunday didn't do anything to ensure a good work-life-balance. And there were no benefits at all.
Career opportunities were promised, but that was a lie. There were vacancies that were being advertised but never filled, neither with internal nor external candidates. The promotion opportunities that were promised for my area were not fulfilled in the slightest. Instead, entire teams were let go.
Nothing more than the pure basics. They pride themselves for offering 25 days of PTO just because it's a little more than the bare minimum, when other companies offer 30 days. If people went on a business trip or attended a fair as part of the job, expenses like lunch were regularly contested for no good reason. The salary wasn't great either. The bonuses that were promised during the interview process were never attained due to unrealistic goals that were being set.
They didn't even have bins in the ladies' rooms. Although the company would like to be perceived as environmentally conscious, there's A LOT of green washing going on. Their eco labels don't actually mean anything.
Most team members really stuck together and made an effort to support others. This did not apply to everyone though.
can't say, the youngest people were in their early 20s, the "oldest" in their mid 30s
My direct manager was fantastic. The person replacing him after he left unfortunately wasn't.
The constant pressure of reaching unrealistic targets kept everyone from using their creativity and left the team feeling super stressed/ anxious.
Some teams didn't even get a proper office but had to work in a tiny co-working space. The company's argument was that a sufficiently large space would only be available once the objectives had been achieved. As if a proper work environment isn't required at all times.
no transparency at all
If you consider that everyone was treated in the same awful way, then probably yes
Just no
Oldschool management behavior, awful communication
Poisoned, nonstop pressure
Confusing, rude, mistrusting
