In general, every employee is very nice. Unfortunately, working remotely means that you only get to know a few people and that you do not have the typical coffee-break conversations.
Work-Life-Balance
Working remotely makes your work time flexible and in my experience, it is always respected if you have one week less time as normal because of uni projects, etc.

In my experience we had a respectful relationship and my opinion was always welcome.
Interessante Aufgaben
I was allowed to choose some of my tasks myself and my interests were always taken into account when tasks were assigned.
