So far the only sane startup I worked at
Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich IT in Berlin gearbeitet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is calm, goal oriented and fun.
Kommunikation
Luckily no meeting overload. Communication is done via Slack or in quick calls. Whatever works best at that moment.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are top notch. Just really nice people all around.
Work-Life-Balance
No crunching.. Thank god.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Founders actually work on their leadership and are just people like you and me.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good salary and lots of perks like public transportation card, company bike leasing. I especially like the Urban Sportsclub membership. If we ever will be able to use it properly again, that is.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There's a budget for self-learning, conferences, etc. It's a young company, so you do have a chance to carve out a place for you to grow alongside the company.
