Luckily no meeting overload. Communication is done via Slack or in quick calls. Whatever works best at that moment.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good salary and lots of perks like public transportation card, company bike leasing. I especially like the Urban Sportsclub membership. If we ever will be able to use it properly again, that is.

The company is young but they have a very open-mindset and a great company culture - absolutely flat hierarchies and everyone is open to hear your opinion and most importantly your saying matters and it is taken into consideration no matter if it is a feedback or a suggestion or a project idea.
Great working space and the possibility to work from home. Also they provide you with a fully equipped office space for your home.
Awesome team events and in addition you get urban sports discounts, monthly BVG ticket for FREE and a monthly internet and mobile data costs covered! I never had so many additional benefits in another German company so far.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Their product is super promising, they are growing and they are really super friendly and great people.

Kann ich noch nicht sagen. Derzeit finde ich nichts wirklich schlecht.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Es ist ein sehr junges und kleines Unternehmen. Viel Potenzial für Verbesserungen ist vorhanden, aber es dauert halt. Der Kaffeeautomat geht immer alleine aus, das nervt.
