Although Switchboard is a startup it was fun to work with a diverse team from different cultures, regions, beliefs, experience and so on

Being a remote company it should arrange frequent team events or meetup which is helpful for the employee to build up as a team

Gehalt/Benefits
As Switchboard is a startup the salary for the mandatory internship was a little bit less than the decent one that I found. However, the experience I gathered working with this startup can be considered

During the period of my internship I did home office as I was far from the Switchboard office which is at Stuttgart so I couldn't say much more about the work conditions there but we had several team events which I found really helpful to build up the bonding of a team

No hierarchies in the team. Direct communication with the team members whatever the role someone holds
