Arbeitsatmosphäre
Syslab.com is a young and dynamic company with flat hierarchies. Plans and goals are set together and problems are discussed and solved directly.
Work-Life-Balance
Working times are quite flexible, as a mother of two young children I appreciate that a lot as it makes one's private life easier.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One for all, all for one. You are never alone at this company. There's a great team!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management's behaviour is always good and decisions make sense.
Interessante Aufgaben
There's many interesting customers. The software developed by the company grows in an agile manner and as requirements change development stays interesting too.
