Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office is designed and laid out in such a way, that you instantly feel at home. The team itself is friendly and open to new members - I've been with the company for 5 months and already feel part of it and have colleagues I consider friends.
Kommunikation
As every company Tandemploy might occasionally struggle with communication. The difference though - and the reason why it gets 5 stars here - is that Tandemploy always reflects on existing communication strategies and not only takes every feedback into consideration but also continuously implements best practices, so that we get better as a team every day.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We have a rule: Everyone addresses transparently, openly and directly any issue that might come up. That leads to a great collaboration and also a more agile working culture. Conflict management lies therefore not in the hands of the team leads any more, but in the hands of every single employee.
Work-Life-Balance
I cannot stress enough how much respect there is for every individual at Tandemploy. Health comes always first and - as long as communication rules and our colleagues' workload are respected - we work with maximum flexibility.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
All team leads set goals that they discuss openly and receive feedback. On top of that we have implemented an ''open day'' format, according to which every 6 weeks we come all together and build an agenda of diverse topics that need to be discussed on the spot and go through them. The effect on the team and the company is truly priceless.
