Tiny company, small teams, mostly they work against each other

Disastrous communications mostly by messages/ emails, often rude and disrespectful especially if something does not work or is not delivered by time. No interest in reasons and arguments. Not allowed and wanted to talk to other teams and team members.

Within team okay, cross-team difficult and bad
Work-Life-Balance
Owner not interested employees life, only what is delivered, lack of understanding therefore absurd demands which needs to be done during weekends

Owner has no idea but it always has to be done the way he wants it

There could be, but one has to follow just strict, inflexible rules. creativity and new ideas are not wanted
