Thank you for the opportunity. I enjoyed the experience. I have though a couple of observations/comments that might be useful to make this experience even better for the applicants:
1. To make it clear to the participants in the tests on the used platform that their coding process is recorded. Otherwise, the impression the participant gets from the platform would be that they are judged only by their final result while they also need to show how they handle code producing in "at work".
2. To eliminate the confusing aspect of the test. Having some misleading information provided as "given" in the test does confuse the participant. While in "real life scenario" we all know that, in some cases, what is "given" might not be accurate, I would say in such assessment the participant trusts the accuracy of the provided information.
3. To provide feedback to participants about their performance. It was surprising to me after solving the problem and passing all the tests that I was not considered for next steps in the procurement process and to not get any feedback what went wrong. Providing a feedback here does not mean to reveal the desired optimal solution.
