Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is nothing about employer I could mention here.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I worked there in 2018-2019. And I realised how bad decision I made by working there due to the behaviour of Boss and the pressure he put on me. One of the worst company I ever worked for. No salary benefits, no improvements. no intersting tasks. And sometime boss came on your screen and judged you what you are actually doing. It was really frustating and unethical behaviour. And suddenly after 6 months when there were no projects he gave unofficial probezeit extension. Completely unethical
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working atmosphere was very stressig all the time
Kollegenzusammenhalt
nice colleagues
Kommunikation
Boss was mostly unavailable and when came to office always try to talk on irrevant stuff instead of employees issues or concerns
