They can say it is okay for a employer to ask questions, but then they can come up with, "You ask so many questions; you should have already learned it!". There is not enough trust environment.
Before they make a decision, they need to ask every person affected by the decision. They need to give the responsibilities discussed in the interview. Instead of asking, "Why would we fire you in 6 months?" at the interview, they can ask more constructive ones.
Even though they say their working atmosphere builds on trust, they tend to ask about your working hours to other colleagues and prepare a time sheet behind you
