I like the enviorement of mother company Tranetechnologies BV but the entity "Thermo King " in Netherlands , I am working for and is my local office location , enviorement is very racist and after a long periode of teasing and torturing of 5 years , I have quit my job myself.
employee specially on a low \ basic level job has no respect and no voice of her \ his is heard. Racist , toxic enviornment.
treat employees with equality and respect. instead of teasing them to self quit. better to fire them with a good reason (if you have any)
