Good! We changed some processes and structures and even though it wasn't the easiest time we managed to improve things a lot together! that's what team play looks like!

sharing knowlegde is one of the company values. we are having meetings where employees give small talks e.g. product updates, "what the f**k am I doing all day", metrics & vision.... communication is made transparent by two-weekly company newsletter, company meeting etc.
