Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Huge focus on learning and advancement of employees through projects, internal workshops, and 1-1s
- Very good feedback culture (open, honest, appreciative)
- Opportunities to engage with the team outside of the office - team dinners, group workouts etc.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Open work spaces, lack of hierarchal barriers
Work-Life-Balance
Good work-life balance especially for students. Working hours are standard for the consulting industry
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Knowledge and supportive supervisors. Always proactive about helping others and exchanging ideas
Arbeitsbedingungen
Employees are accommodated according to their needs
Kommunikation
Clear, open and honest communication with feedback that goes both ways
Interessante Aufgaben
Almost no two projects are similar. The range of tasks is very diverse and interesting.
