I only started working with T&S recently and I've observed the following:

- During the recruitment process, I was asked for my preferences regarding the location and the nature of work I wanted to do. These preferences were met in full, I received a lot of support during the interview with the customer from my manager at T&S which led to the fulfillment of my requests.

- All financial matters have been resolved in full with no delay whatsoever.

- I had to relocate to Germany for the job . Continuous support has been provided during my relocation (accommodation, registration, etc.) and the concerned employees have been very responsive.

- Occasional events are organized which help strengthen the connection between personnel.
