Fast moving, smart company
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great office, very smart colleagues, fast changing environment.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Friendly and professional communication. Clearly geared toward high performance.
Kommunikation
Most communication is clear. Sometimes you notice that stuff can fall between the cracks in a scale-up.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Friendly and professional collaboration. Focus on driving outcomes.
Work-Life-Balance
Company is best suited for people without dependents.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Professional behaviour geared toward generating outcomes.
Interessante Aufgaben
Upvest is turning so fast. You've got something new to learn every day.
Gleichberechtigung
Genders are treated similarly well. The divide is more between people who have family responsibilities vs. people who only have to manage themselves.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We don't have that many colleagues above 45. Treatment seems equal to other age groups.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Beautiful office. Magic office manager.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
All the flying back and forth does have a CO2 footprint.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good salary and benefits.
Image
The focus on high performers can be a blessing as well as a curse.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Personal development budget available.
