Because the company is still scaling, there are a lot of available funds for tools and great colleagues, as well as for company events, which will be held monthly / quarterly.

The salary system for working students is suboptimal.
Imagine you are paid at the end of August (usually around 28th), then you are paid based on the hours you provided from 11th July to 10th August. Therefore, you will never immediately receive your salary and instead have to wait.
This is especially annoying when you are working full time, as you have to work full time now, but get the salary a month later.

Home Office is available 24/7, but the working hours can be quite extensive. This is not for me as a working student, but i have noticed it for certain full-time jobs.

Salary is great. There are no cash benefits, but for FTEs there are virtual shares handed out.
Salary for Working Students are currently 13€ / h to 22€ / h, depending on your degree.
