Small team. My team is so full of energy - I really enjoy working with them - they really motivate me.
I have been a freelancer/founder all my life and need a lot of freedom and room to take ownership - I really like it here and thought I would have more problems with transitioning into a permanent role. I think that does speak for the autonomy the people have here.

Nie office, next Hakescher Markt and Mobijou Plaza - office is ok, we are getting the whole floor now and hopefully more areas to chill
Kommunikation
Early stage :) After gaining initial market fit we are working on better alignment. It's a huge challenge to go forward with such a tempo and be conscious on putting the right processes in place. People are very willing and I think it's better to celebrate being pragmatic and lean over processes.
Gleichberechtigung
Very flat hierarchies and very friendly and respectful people. We only have one female in the entire company - we need more women!
