Had the feeling there was little appreciation for employees. Times it felt more like an academic group

Nice colleagues but the relationship with management was characterized by distrust and fear. Often it was felt that opposing opinions didn't want to be heard. Additionally promises for change were made and concepts were presented but little happened

Training opportunities were rare. Carrere development is possible but intransparent
Gehalt/Benefits
Alot of promises were made, such as performance-related bonuses but never really implemented. Salary-scale was also intransparent and it felt like it was sometimes decided out of a gut feeling
