The process initially felt very positive, especially because golf has become a personal passion of mine, although I only started playing a few months ago.

I voluntarily introduced a short 30-60-90-day plan and was then encouraged to go much deeper into concrete improvements I would make to the products and the way the company operates. I invested significant time and shared some very specific ideas.

After being rejected, I was left with the feeling that I had provided considerably more practical input than was necessary to assess my suitability for the role. I therefore felt somewhat exploited by the process.

My criticism is not about the rejection itself, but about the depth of input requested and the uncomfortable feeling that my time and expertise may have been used beyond the actual assessment.

Professioneller mit Bewerbern umgehen. Habe kein Interesse mehr daran hier zu arbeiten, wenn der Bewerbungsprozess schon ohne Wertschätzung verläuft.
