No Overtime. Home Office in Corona pandemic.
Super nice, helpful and patient colleagues. You can always approach anyone with questions.
Vietinbank is a optimal choice to do an internship where you gain and apply a lot of financial knowledges as well as gather practical experiences.
Super Atmosphäre
For me everbody are treated fair. People look after each other and new colleagues are getting help from old.
In the past, we had some problems but now I see everybody are working hard to solve it. I can wait to change this to five star in the near future.
No Overtime. I have to travel 1.5h to the bank so I got a permission to come to office 15m later and go home 30m earlier. That help me a lot to travel with the best train route.
I think what I get both knowledge and salary are for me very good.
We avoid printing stuffs that not too necessary and always ask customer to recieve documents per E-Mail if it is possible for them. We support the student from Vietnam and China to open block account as a part of German requirements for foreign students.
They help me, teach me, to be honest some treat me like my parents. Sometimes I feel like being at home in Vietnam.
I would take one star out because some of technology devices in my office are not so up-to-date. But we have a very very beautiful and clean office, free coffee. Everyday, someone will come and clean our office.
I speak everyday with everybody. Also with people in other branches. All are open and helpful.
Well, honestly there are more women in the Bank than man. Although the 2 GM are men but everybody are treated very well.
After 2 months working as an intern, I learned a lot and I am always assigned to some special tasks.
