Colleagues regularly exchange information in their weekly team meetings and 1:1 with the respective team lead.
In addition, there are regular all-hands meetings in which the entire company is updated on all topics. there are also anonymous Q&A sessions.

My manager makes sure that I don't work overtime. In general, there are no controls on when people come and go. You are quite free to plan your own working hours. what I like most is that you also have the option of working from abroad.
