Punctual payment. The small salary increases are the same for everyone, no matter how good the performance. But they’ll tell you all day and all night about the prospects of increase for a good performance.

Worst hypocrisy, nobody cares once it's out of public sight. Also, the sub contractor companies should be a case for the authorities
