I don't see at as a job. Its like a very personal work to me. I enjoy it. We have regular office hours but I am allowed to work whatever way I see fit.
Work-Life-Balance
One needs to plan longer holidays a bit in advance but shorter holidays are no problem. I can take my holidays any time I want but I won't take them at a wrong time.

We are basically kind of all friends so communication is super easy.
