Too much "Do as I do!" Too much fluctuation!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Emobility, but that's it. You can earn money in other industries, too.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- constant changes of direction
- everything is top down
- high fluctuation of employees (it doesn't make sense to remember their names at the first event)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
That they should find out for themselves. Why not lay off a few employees to free up some money for consultants.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
If it takes an internal survey to capture the mood of the team, that says a lot.
Image
It depends on which side you are on. Some ex-colleagues certainly do not have a good view of their last days at wirelane.
Work-Life-Balance
Quite okay.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Never heard of a colleague doing further training. Insofar good luck
Gehalt/Benefits
Depends on your negotiating skills
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Emobility does not necessarily mean the presence of environmental awareness. It only appears to be green at first glance.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Highly depends on the team. Some teams work less well.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Don't know.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
One or the other of them should be given the opportunity to take further training in order to fulfill their leadership position.
Arbeitsbedingungen
If you‘ve bad luck you get a discarded computer from an ex-colleague. Otherwise nothing to complain about as long as budget is available.
Kommunikation
Everything is top down. Employee participation is not really desired and in the end, the shareholders decide.
Gleichberechtigung
Men's domain. Women are almost embarrassingly welcomed as such, especially in technical positions.
Interessante Aufgaben
You don't have to expect variety with a niche product. But yes sometimes there are cooperations or research projects.
